當過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)的(de)壓(ya)差達到預設值(zhi)時(shi),將開(kai)始自(zi)動清洗(xi)過(guo)程,此(ci)間凈水供應不斷(duan)流,清洗(xi)閥(fa)打開(kai),清洗(xi)室及(ji)吸(xi)(xi)污(wu)器(qi)(qi)內水壓(ya)大幅度下(xia)降,通過(guo)濾(lv)筒(tong)與(yu)(yu)吸(xi)(xi)污(wu)管的(de)壓(ya)力(li)差,吸(xi)(xi)污(wu)管與(yu)(yu)清洗(xi)室之間通過(guo)吸(xi)(xi)嘴產生一(yi)個(ge)吸(xi)(xi)力(li),形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)吸(xi)(xi)污(wu)過(guo)程。同時(shi),電力(li)馬達帶(dai)動吸(xi)(xi)污(wu)管沿(yan)軸向(xiang)做螺旋運動。吸(xi)(xi)污(wu)器(qi)(qi)軸向(xiang)運動與(yu)(yu)旋轉運動的(de)結(jie)合(he)將整(zheng)個(ge)濾(lv)網(wang)內表(biao)面*清洗(xi)干凈。整(zheng)個(ge)沖(chong)洗(xi)過(guo)程只需(xu)數十秒鐘。排(pai)污(wu)閥(fa)在清洗(xi)結(jie)束時(shi)關閉。過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)開(kai)始準(zhun)備下(xia)一(yi)個(ge)沖(chong)洗(xi)周期。
全自(zi)動不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼自(zi)清洗過濾器(qi)由(you)電機、電控箱(xiang)、控制(zhi)管(guan)(guan)路(包括控制(zhi)閥和壓差變送器(qi))、主管(guan)(guan)組(zu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、濾芯組(zu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、不(bu)銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼轉刷、框(kuang)架組(zu)件(jian)(jian)(jian)、傳(chuan)動軸、進出(chu)口連接法(fa)蘭等(deng)主要零部件(jian)(jian)(jian)組(zu)成。

過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)介質(zhi)由濾(lv)筒(tong)內側進(jin)入,經過(guo)(guo)(guo)多(duo)層過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)后,液體(ti)中的固體(ti)懸浮物(wu)被截留(liu)在濾(lv)筒(tong)內壁,因污(wu)(wu)(wu)物(wu)逐漸增多(duo)造成(cheng)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)機進(jin)出口壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力差(cha)增大,全自(zi)動(dong)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器當(dang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)達到(dao)設(she)定(ding)值( 0.01-0.10Mpa )時,排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)吸嘴轉至(zhi)某一濾(lv)筒(tong)下(xia)(xia)方,同(tong)時排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)閥(fa)打開,造成(cheng)該濾(lv)筒(tong)內的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力急(ji)劇下(xia)(xia)降,此(ci)時濾(lv)筒(tong)內外壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)迅速增大,筒(tong)外凈水(shui)對該濾(lv)筒(tong)進(jin)行強力反沖洗(xi),瞬(shun)間即可將濾(lv)筒(tong)內污(wu)(wu)(wu)物(wu)*清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)干(gan)凈,然后排(pai)污(wu)(wu)(wu)嘴轉至(zhi)下(xia)(xia)一濾(lv)筒(tong)進(jin)行反沖洗(xi),直(zhi)到(dao)各個濾(lv)筒(tong)均清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)干(gan)凈, 全自(zi)動(dong)自(zi)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)(guo)(guo)濾(lv)器壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)恢復到(dao)設(she)定(ding)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。
